1. Who we are

The data controller for your personal data is JB Accountancy Smart Solutions Ltd, Office 15, 259 Summerlee Street, Queenslie, Glasgow G33 4DB, United Kingdom.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you give us voluntarily:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Package quote form: additionally your company name and estimated annual turnover — needed to prepare an accurate quote.

We do not use cookies, we do not run website analytics, we do not track visitors, and there are no user accounts on this site.

3. Why we collect it

Your data is used solely to:

• respond to your enquiry,
• prepare a quote for accountancy services,
• set up our engagement if you decide to work with us.

The lawful bases are our legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The contact form opens a message in your own email application — it goes directly to our mailbox.

This site uses third-party services only to display content: Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed on the contact page. When these load, your IP address may be processed by Google in line with its own privacy policy.

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Cloudflare, acting as our processor, handles technical connection data (such as your IP address and request logs) needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks — in line with the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your matter — usually no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (in which case records are kept as required by tax and accounting law).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict or object to processing,
• data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email Joanna@jb-accountancy.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority — the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
